Social media of a truth 'came alive' on Thursday morning after U.S Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump during the third and final U.S presidential debate called his U.S presidential rival Hillary Clinton 'a nasty woman' while she was answering a question about how she would raise taxes on the rich to tackle debt and entitlements if she became president.
"My Social Security payroll contribution will go up, as will Donald's, assuming he can't figure out how to get out of it," Clinton said before Trump interjected.
"Such a nasty woman," Trump said. Hillary continued her speech without acknowledging the supposed 'insult' from Trump.
People took to social media to respond to the comment. Many pointed out the contrast between Trump's earlier assertion that "no one has more respect for women" than he does. And women are now even changing their Twitter handles to 'nasty woman'. hmmmmm,
